Arizona Laborist- $5,400 per shift

OB Hospitalist Opportunity Practice Information

Join as an employed OB Hospitalist in beautiful Arizona. This flexible position offers 24-hour shifts with your choice of 6-8 shifts per month, allowing you to cluster shifts and travel in or out as desired. The most realistic scenario being 2 weeks per month and either 3 or 4 shifts each week. This is a W2 employed position with a physician owned/led Laborist group based in AZ.

Double-coverage Laborist position + support from CNM's. 

During a typical 24-hour in-house shift, you can expect:

• 3 to 4 c-sections + 1-2 complex deliveries (Laborist #1)
• 17 OBED patients (Laborist #2)
• Occasional GYN surgeries (1-2 per month)
• CNM's handle all routine deliveries 

24/7 in-house anestheisa. 9 LDR's. 7 triage beds. 23 mother/baby rooms. Level-3b NICU. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Shift Pay: $5,400 per 24-hour shift
• Travel Stipend: $3,500 per month
• Annual Earnings: $430,800 for 6 shifts/month; $560,400 for 8 shifts/month
• Benefits: 401k with 6% match, employer-funded health plan + HSA, and malpractice coverage. Benefits begin after 1 month of employment.
