Job Description
- Great Chesapeake Bay location, about an hour from downtown DC, Alexandria, and Annapolis. Requires living within 40 minutes of Prince Frederick, MD
- BC/BE Nephrology
- Part of large multispecialty group, with ample referrals from PCPs
- Join one nephrologist in this practice location
- 100% outpatient practice combining clinic visits and dialysis rounds
- Schedule includes two days of dialysis rounds and three days of outpatient clinic
- Primary office clinic scheduled Wednesday through Friday, with alternating Monday and Tuesday half-days at a satellite office
- Dialysis coverage across four clinics
- No required hospital coverage or on-call commitment
- Optional inpatient coverage of practice patients at a nearby hospital to increase RVUs and work toward productivity bonus
- Optional inpatient work would be approximately three to five new consults weekly
- No required weekend or after-hours emergency dialysis; weekend and after-hours consults may be handled through telehealth from home
- Joint venture ownership buy-in opportunity after the first year, with potential additional revenue tied to participation including Medical director fee of up to $60,000 annually
- Base salary + Productivity bonus upon reaching 5,000 RVUs

- CME and professional fee reimbursement
- Three weeks of vacation plus six holidays
- Five additional CME days
- No noncompete clause
