Job Description
Compensation: $350,000-$450,000 base salary plus productivity bonus (40% of collections after threshold), APP supervision bonus, and 5% retail product revenue..
Lifestyle: Flexible 4-4.5 day workweek (32 hours full-time), no weekends, no call, and 25 PTO days plus 8 holidays..
Location: Live in Tallahassee with no state income tax, affordable housing, top-rated schools, Florida State University, and Gulf Coast beaches just over an hour away..
Practice: Established patient demand with 40-50 patients/day, live scribe support from 2-3 MAs, onsite leadership, Mohs surgeon, and NP already in place..
