Job Description
St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a Surgical Ortho PA to join our established group. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey.
About the position:
- Surgical opportunity that will mainly support ortho, but could also support neuro or general
- Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
- General Schedule: 36 patient care hours and 4 hours admin
- Call: weekend and daytime call rotation with collaborating provider
- Average # of patients seen per day:15-20
- Department: 3 APPs
- Clinic days per week: 2-3 depending on OR schedule
- OR days per week: 2
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited PA program
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
