Nocturnist Hospitalist (Med-Surg & Open ICU) — 7-on/7-off, 7pm7am, $400K + Sign-On & Loan Repayment

You’ll lead care for both the medical-surgical unit and the ICU, working alongside one APP. Typical nights include 6–10 admissions, and the ICU is open. As part of the team you’ll help provide telemedicine support to our ancillary campuses when needed. You should be comfortable running codes, responding to stroke alerts, and managing rapid response situations. No procedures are required.

Schedule and workflow:

• 7-on / 7-off rotation
• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• One APP partner on shift
• Occasional telemedicine coverage with the APP team for other campuses

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive pay: $400,000
