Cardiothoracic Surgeon — Junior Partner in West Central PA; $25K Sign-On, $75K Loan Assist, 12-Bed CVICU

Join a well-respected cardiothoracic surgery team in West Central PA, with an opportunity for a junior partner. We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified cardiac surgeon (post-fellowship preferred or 1–3 years’ experience) experienced in complex valvular, aortic, and coronary procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with medical staff to educate colleagues and advance clinical practice and procedural offerings.

Facility and support

• 2 dedicated cardiac ORs and 9 general ORs
• 3 cardiac cath labs
• 24/7 dedicated cardiac anesthesia team
• 12-bed CVICU and on-site cardiac rehab unit
