Job Description
Renuven Health Partners is a physician-led medical group dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care for older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings. We are seeking a PRN Physician (MD/DO) to provide coverage in three skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Chattanooga and North Georgia region.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and transitional care services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
- Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Complete required documentation and Medicare recertification visits
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and goals of care
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active medical licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia preferred
- Experience in post-acute and long-term care preferred
- Hospitalist, inpatient, or primary care experience welcomed
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality patient care

Consulting
We provide consulting services to educate providers on medical coding, billing, and documentation in the inpatient and outpatient settings. We also have expertise on nursing home medical provider staffing and performance.
