Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Rate: Local: $1,967 / 35 hours
Required credentials:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy state license
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (including AED)
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and home/environmental factors to identify limitations and set functional goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques
- Recommend, train, and assess use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Educate patients and families on condition management and strategies to maximize independence
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress; collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team for coordinated patient care
