Join a contract, non-travel role in Albuquerque, NM as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. This position begins Aug 03, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. The schedule is Monday–Friday, and the local rate is $1,484 for a 35-hour week.
What we’re looking for
- A valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
What you’ll do
- Work alongside the Occupational Therapist to help evaluate patients and pinpoint physical and functional limitations.
- Deliver hands-on interventions and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and independence with daily tasks.
- Teach patients how to use assistive devices and adaptive equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress, treatments, and any changes in condition.
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures to keep the therapy environment safe for everyone.
