Join a 14-week, contract (non-travel) opportunity in Canaan, CT, starting 08/24/2026. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Local rate: $2,282 per 35-hour week.
Requirements:
- Valid, active state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Diagnose disorder type and severity and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language skills.
- Evaluate and treat dysphagia; instruct patients and families in compensatory strategies and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
