Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ surgical technologist experience.
- Washington State Surgical Tech license required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required at hire.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative patient care in the operating room; ensure safe, effective care throughout procedures.
- Scrub for a wide variety of surgical cases.
- Prepare, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot operating room instruments and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to aseptic technique standards.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage as required.
Certifications/Compliance
- Maintain required state license and BLS/CPR certification for duration of assignment.
- Follow facility policies, surgical protocols, and patient safety standards.
