Contract Center Administrator (LNHA) — Orono, ME (13-week, Local)

We’re hiring a Center Administrator on a 13-week contract in Orono, ME, starting Sep 1, 2026. This is a local, non-travel role with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and a pay rate of $2636 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in administrative leadership and management.
• A valid, state-issued Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.

What you’ll do

• Lead and guide the administrative team, setting clear direction and expectations.
• Create and roll out policies and procedures that keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure the center meets organizational standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Work with vendors and service providers to support day-to-day needs.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of administrative activities.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain data security according to policy.
• Prepare reports for senior management as requested.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
