Join a fast-paced emergency department in Lake Geneva, WI for a 13-week night shift contract starting July 30, 2026. You’ll be part of a collaborative team caring for patients across the lifespan in an acute, high-acuity setting.

What you’ll bring

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Education verification
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• TNCC or TNS
• Strong critical thinking and a patient-safety focus

What you’ll do

• Use the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation—to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with policies, standards of care, and state practice laws.
• Accurately document care and clinical decision-making to meet professional standards.
• Develop and carry out patient care plans, including education for patients and families, as directed by physicians and clinic policy.
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support the patient’s overall plan of care.
• Actively escalate concerns when patient safety or experience requires higher-level intervention.
• Participate in department quality improvement, shared governance, unit practice decisions and peer review.
• Provide clinical guidance across departments when needed to support continuity of care.
