Contract, non-travel LPN opportunity in Hampton, NH. Start Date: August 3, 2026. Assignment Duration: 6 weeks. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Rate: $1,364 per 40 hours (local).

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, including medication administration and treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs and clinical status.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate findings to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care instructions.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow established infection control and safety protocols.
