Join a dedicated clinical team in Lancaster, NH for a 13-week contract starting Aug 3, 2026. This evening shift role (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) offers a local rate of $1180/40-hours and is a non-travel assignment.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction, following established policies and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
• Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor wounds for infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and accurately document vital signs and clinical changes.
• Maintain thorough, timely patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and consistently follow infection control and safety procedures.
