Occupational Therapist (OT) — Contract, Bowie MD, 19-Week Local Assignment

Join a 19-week, contract (non-travel) assignment in Bowie, MD beginning Aug 31, 2026. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday. Local rate: $1,775 per 35-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy licensure for the practicing state.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical and cognitive function and their environments to identify limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and participation.
• Recommend, train on, and monitor use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maximize independence and manage conditions at home.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
