Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Windsor, VA (13-week, Local)

We’re looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a Windsor, VA facility on a 13-week, local contract starting August 17, 2026. This is a Monday–Friday position (35 hours/week) with a local rate of $1,894 per 35-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function.
• Determine diagnoses and the severity of communication and swallowing disorders, then develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language skills.
• Treat dysphagia and teach patients and families compensatory strategies and therapeutic exercises.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date patient records and work closely with the interdisciplinary care team.

What we need from you:

• A valid, active state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
