Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct bedside nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously; report changes promptly.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients/families on conditions and self-care.
• Respond rapidly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
