Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric/Behavioral Health (Albuquerque, NM)

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join a short-term contract in Albuquerque, NM. This is a local, non-travel assignment starting Aug 6, 2026, for 5 weeks. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with a 36-hour commitment and a local rate of $1,242 per 36 hours.

What we need from you

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs, including medication administration and specimen collection for testing.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures as needed, and keep patient records up to date.
• Perform ongoing assessments, implement interventions, and document patient progress.
• Thoroughly document nursing activities—assessments, treatments, education, and other charting—within the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by promoting order, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns.
