Overview:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to serve as night-shift circulator. The RN will prepare and maintain cases for the following day, monitor supplies and expirations, and respond to urgent or emergent cases as they arise.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years OR experience
• Proven experience functioning as an OR circulator
• Ability to work independently on night shift and handle urgent surgical situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and stage next-day surgical cases; ensure all instruments, supplies, and implants are ready
• Verify and check expiration dates on supplies and disposables
• Respond promptly to urgent and emergent cases, coordinating with perioperative team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate case status to surgical and support staff

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong clinical judgment and situational awareness in high-acuity OR settings
• Effective communication and teamwork with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize under pressure
