Requirements:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient evaluations to determine physical and functional limitations.
- Implement treatment interventions and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Instruct patients in the use and care of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation of treatments, progress, and condition changes.
- Follow safety and infection-control procedures to maintain a safe therapy environment.
