Pulmonologist (Outpatient) — Findlay, OH — $500K Base + $100K Sign-On, Uncapped wRVU Bonus

We’re seeking a full-time Pulmonology physician to join a busy outpatient practice in Findlay, Ohio. This role is clinic-focused (4–5 days per week), with no weekends and no on-call responsibilities—ideal if you want a predictable schedule and a strong work–life balance.

What you’ll need

• Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care – REQUIRED. Candidates with lapsed board certifications who need to recertify are not eligible.
• Completed fellowship in Pulmonology – REQUIRED.
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED.
• Active DEA registration – REQUIRED.
• NPDB report within 30 days—required at time of offer.
• Clean background with no malpractice or licensing issues—REQUIRED, no exceptions.
