Adelphi is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver on-site therapy services at a school in Sarasota County, Florida. You’ll collaborate with school administrators and work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to support students in line with established standards and school guidelines.

What you’ll do

  • Provide daily hands-on therapy and classroom/teacher support under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
  • Participate in school activities and follow assigned duties as needed
  • Contribute to student success by implementing established intervention plans

What we’re looking for

  • Hold a valid School Occupational Therapy Assistant license issued by the State of Florida
  • At least 1 year of experience working with students in a school setting
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting students with multiple disabilities
  • At least 1 year of experience participating in IEP meetings
  • At least 1 year of experience writing therapy goals for IEPs
