Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours/Rate: Local: $1967 / 35 hours
Required Credentials:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapy state license.
- CPR and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) including AED.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and home/environmental factors to identify functional limitations and set measurable goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic techniques to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional independence, and safety.
- Recommend, train in use of, and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families/caregivers on condition management, home programs, and strategies to maximize independence.
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
