Basic qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico.
• BSN or higher.
• BLS certification.
• Prior nursing leadership experience; preferred experience as Director of Nursing.

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the nursing team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control practices, and patient safety initiatives; perform quality assurance activities.
• Manage the nursing department budget and resource allocation.
• Advocate for patients, respond to concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
