Long Term Care RN (Travel/Contract) Hilo, HI (13-Week, Rotating)

We’re looking for a compassionate RN to join a long-term care team in Hilo, HI for a 13-week contract starting September 14, 2026. This role involves a rotating shift schedule and requires at least one year of nursing experience.

Before you start, you must hold an active Hawaii RN license. If you don’t already have one, you must apply for the State of HI license immediately after accepting the offer and have it in hand by your first day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform resident assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Provide treatments and administer medications safely and accurately
• Notify the MD or NP of any pertinent clinical changes
• Handle admissions and discharges
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide specialist care such as gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, tracheostomy, and CPAP support
• Administer nebulized treatments and manage wound VAC therapy
• Complete other assigned duties as needed to support resident care and unit operations
