Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Contract, Orono ME (13-week, 6:30 PM7:00 AM)

Join a 13-week contract (non-travel) assignment in Orono, ME beginning Sep 6, 2026. Night shift schedule: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM. Local rate: $1537 per 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for state practice.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do:

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, collect diagnostic specimens, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring patient behavior, enforcing facility policies, and intervening as needed.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN comfortable with night-shift responsibilities and collaborative, patient-centered care.
