Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; administer medications per orders
• Obtain and process specimens for testing
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed
• Accurately document all nursing activities, assessments, interventions, and patient education in the medical record
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise patient conduct to ensure order and safety
