Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 14-Week Contract, St. Albans, VT (Local Rate)

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a contract, non-travel assignment in St. Albans City, VT. This role starts on August 10, 2026, runs for 14 weeks, and follows a daytime schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Compensation is local: $1,148 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll need

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage wound care—cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection or complications.
• Regularly check and document vital signs.
• Keep accurate patient records and offer clear education to patients and their families about conditions and self-care.
• Act quickly in medical emergencies and follow infection control policies and procedures.
