We’re looking for an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to join a team in New Lenox, IL on a contract/travel basis starting August 17, 2026. This is a night-shift role—12-hour nights, with a 36-hour week and a rate of $2,290 per 36 hours. Weekend and on-call details will be confirmed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide skilled nursing care for adult and geriatric patients on a medical-surgical/stepdown unit.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry.
• Manage cardiac drips and care for post-surgical patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient-centered plans of care.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience, including stepdown care.
• Comfort reading monitors, managing cardiac drips, and caring for post-op patients.
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations.
• Active Illinois RN license.
• Certifications: NIHSS, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA).
• Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.

Shift and compensation:

• Nights, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week
• Pay: $2,290 per 36 hours
