We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join school-based teams serving students in Lake Worth (Fort Worth area), Texas. You’ll focus on helping kids build the fine motor, sensory, and functional skills they need to fully participate in classroom routines and school activities.

What we need

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings

What you’ll do

  • Complete thorough OT evaluations and write intervention plans that align with students’ IEP goals
  • Deliver targeted therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive/functional abilities
  • Recommend and help implement adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
  • Track, analyze, and document student progress according to IDEA and district guidelines
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
