Contract, non-travel assignment in Derry, NH. Start: Aug 3, 2026 — Duration: 8 weeks. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Local rate: $2,388 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license.
• Prior nursing leadership experience.
• BLS certification.

Role overview:
Provide frontline nursing leadership and operational oversight for the unit. Ensure safe, effective patient care and adherence to clinical policies and standards while supporting staff development and efficient scheduling.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and coach nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure compliance with facility policies and best practices.
• Oversee patient care delivery including assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate staffing and create schedules to meet patient needs and maintain unit coverage.
• Mentor and educate team members to support professional growth and competency.
• Monitor quality and regulatory compliance, perform audits, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Lead response to medical emergencies following established protocols.
