- BLS certification.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
- Conduct patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications.
- Monitor and record vital signs on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
