Contract RN - Operating Room (Yakima, WA) — Aug 5 to Sep 2, 2026, Wed Shifts, $51.30/hr

Join a contract opportunity in Yakima, WA as an experienced RN in the operating room. This bundled contract runs from 08/05/2026 to 09/02/2026 and includes five 12.5-hour shifts (06:00 AM–06:30 PM). Pay is $51.30/hr.

Schedule:

• Wed 8/5, Wed 8/12, Wed 8/19, Wed 8/26, Wed 9/2

What you’ll be doing:

• Get the OR and equipment ready, prepare patients for surgery, and help maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor patients’ clinical status throughout the perioperative period and administer medications as appropriate.
• Serve as circulating nurse and/or scrub as needed, supporting the surgical team and anticipating needs during procedures.
• Accurately document surgical care, follow institutional protocols, and help educate patients and families about pre- and post-operative expectations.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in your practicing state.
• Perioperative/OR experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR strongly preferred.
