• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes; coordinate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary departments to optimize care and ED flow.
• Communicate significant changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results to the ED team.
• Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response, exercising professional initiative and accountability.
