Rate: Travel: $1,596 per 40 hours
Required credentials:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
- BLS certification
Core responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments per orders
- Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs continuously
- Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care as appropriate
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
