Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Role Overview
Provide hands-on nursing care under RN or physician supervision. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and manage wound care with attention to infection prevention. Track and document vital signs and clinical changes, maintain accurate patient records, and provide education to patients and families. Respond promptly to emergencies and follow facility infection control protocols.
