Key responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Adhere to NBCOT, AOTA, and applicable state practice acts and facility policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of OTA/COTA experience, preferably in LTC or rehab environments.
- Current COTA certification and active state licensure/registration where required.
- Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance.
