Join a Level 1B Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Pittsfield, MA for a contract/travel RN assignment starting Aug 31, 2026. This afternoon shift position is 12-hour shifts (11:00 AM–11:30 PM), every-other-weekend coverage required, with holiday availability as needed. Compensation: $4,435 per 48-hour period.
Key qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience at Level 1B or higher (travelers must meet this requirement; please note level on your profile)
- Experience with ESC (Eat, Sleep, Console) management for opioid-exposed infants
- Experience with TTN (Transient Tachypnea) and blood sugar stabilization in neonates
- Competence providing neonatal respiratory support, including High Flow Nasal Cannula
- Experience using Meditech Expanse
Licensure and certifications:
- Massachusetts RN license (upload to profile)
- BLS
- NRP
Shift type: Afternoons; schedule includes every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
