Practice with Confidence

You'll care for medically complex rehabilitation patients while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team that truly enjoys teaching.

You'll have:

• Strong physician support from Hospital Medicine and PM&R
• Dedicated physician mentors with teaching backgrounds
• Collaborative APP team
• Independent patient management with backup readily available
• Opportunity to continually expand your inpatient skills

Your Practice

You'll care for approximately 15–17 patients daily within a modern rehabilitation hospital featuring:

• Orthopedic and Neurology rehabilitation units
• Complex medical patients
• Renal disease and dialysis patients
• New onsite inpatient dialysis program
• Easy transfers to Concord Hospital (located next door)

Current team includes:

• Hospital Medicine Physician
• Physiatrist (PM&R)
• Two APPs daily on weekdays
• Approximately 45 inpatient census
