Endocrinology position in Southern Missouri to take over a practice of a departing physician that is very busy and very successful. Step into this ready made practice and be busy quickly and exceed productivity benchmarks in year one. Current practice has 2 APPs and 1 physician and averages more than 375 visits per month retaining more than 90% of all referrals in house. The clinic system includes 14 primary care clinics seeing more than 360,000 patients annually producing lots of referrals.

$375,000 first year salary with up to $100,000 sign on bonus.

4 day work week (M-TH). Current provider sees more than 24 patients per day with 94.6% top box net promoter score..
Outpatient only - no call, no night, no weekends.
