Required qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year SLP experience (new graduates accepted only if they have Level II clinical experience; Level I observation alone is not sufficient)
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings
- Massachusetts SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services consistent with LTC/rehab patient needs and facility policies
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain licensure and professional credentialing requirements
