Join a collaborative Allied Health team in Owosso, MI as a contract Occupational Therapist providing home health services. This day-shift position runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8-hour days), with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Assignment begins August 31, 2026, for a 40-hour week at a pay rate of $2,456/40 hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy in the home-health setting.
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and discharge planning.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of current OT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of current home health experience.
• Proficiency with OASIS.
• Michigan OT license must be active and in-hand at time of profile submission (facility will not pend license).
• BLS certification (AHA).
