Locums Pediatrician — Flexible PRN/Part-Time/Full-Time Opportunity in Sierra Vista, AZ

Join a collaborative, well-established pediatric team in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and enjoy a flexible locum opportunity that fits your lifestyle. This role supports PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules, with the option to work half days or full days—ideal if you want control over your hours while providing excellent pediatric care.

You’ll deliver comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, with a strong emphasis on preventive health, developmental screening, and management of both acute and chronic conditions. Typical patient volume averages 3–4 patients per hour.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate referrals with specialists as needed
• Educate families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
