Rural Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Autonomous Primary Care, Strong Work–Life Balance

Overview
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a rural primary care practice in Colebrook, New Hampshire. Outpatient role with an independent, manageable patient panel, no weekends or holiday shifts, and a collaborative clinical team. Opportunities for quality improvement and community health work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care: history and physicals, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Manage acute and chronic conditions; develop individualized care plans
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, immunizations, and screenings
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing; communicate results to patients
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and allied health staff
• Educate patients and families on prevention, nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Work closely with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Comfortable managing an independent outpatient panel in a rural setting
