Primary Care Nurse Practitioner — Las Vegas (In-Person/Telehealth/Home Visits) $116K–$145K

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary, acute, and specialty care to patients in Las Vegas, NV through in-person visits, telephonic and video consultations, and occasional home visits. The NP will serve as a clinical leader within an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients across the lifespan.

Compensation & benefits
$116,160–$145,200 plus benefits package

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary care provider where collaborative agreements are not required.
• Obtain, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests to evaluate and manage patient conditions.
• Develop, document, and implement individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and order other appropriate therapies.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including potential after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Minimum requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Active, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Nevada. Multistate licensure required if providing care across state lines.
• Completion of Tuberculosis testing as part of onboarding.
• Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area.
