Job Description

We’re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, collaborative outpatient practice just south of Boston. This is a great chance to work in a patient-centered environment that supports work-life balance through a hybrid schedule, a strong referral network, and a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality care.

What you’ll do

  • Provide outpatient-only endocrinology care with the option to deliver telehealth visits.
  • Work four clinical days and one protected administrative day each week.
  • Collaborate closely with other endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a registered dietitian.
  • Support patients through a fully accredited Center for Medical Weight Management and on-site lab and radiology services.
  • Focus on clinical care while administrative staff handle operational tasks.

Practice environment

  • Established referral network of more than 60 primary care physicians.
  • Multidisciplinary support and resources to manage complex metabolic and endocrine conditions.
  • Strong administrative infrastructure that helps maximize clinical time and patient access.

Compensation & benefits

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary for the first two years, transitioning to a productivity-based (wRVU) model with an early productivity option.
  • Occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
  • One week of CME leave plus up to $3,000 annual reimbursement for continuing education.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Eligible for, or currently holding, a Massachusetts medical license.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
