Full-time outpatient primary care physician
-
Managed care experience required

ACN qualified
-
Monday-Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Holidays and weekends off

Rotating, flexible call schedule
-
Average volume of 15 patients per day
-
Primarily Medicare-aged patient population with multiple comorbidities
-
Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic-condition management
-
Multidisciplinary team-based care
-
eClinicalWorks EMR
-
Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 coding knowledge required
-
Salary range of $240,000-$270,000

Annual quality-of-care performance bonus
