Neurology Physician Opportunity in Dynamic Physician-Owned Group

• Practice Structure:

  • Physician-owned and led
  • Collaboration with 30+ providers and 13 partners.

• Job Description:

  • Patient/Procedure Volume:
    • 14-18 patients per day
    • Focus on clinic patients, EEGs & EMGs
    • 2 exam rooms per MD
  • Schedule & Call:
    • Typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM - Flexible
    • 1 in 6 call frequency, with a potential for call elimination
    • 0-1 or 2 average calls during coverage
    • Option for 100% outpatient clinic practice

• Support & Technology:

  • Support staff includes a primary MA for each MD, plus shared staff
  • Access to EEG & EMG machines, MRI, CT, plain film x-ray
  • APP support available upon request
  • EMR

• Compensation & Benefits:

  • Income floor/guarantee based on experience
    • Paid call 
    • sign-on bonus (varies)

  • Bonus structure: 50% split post covering direct costs and allocated overhead
