- Call only -- beeper call with under 30 min response time
- 1 - 5 patients per shift; 3 - 5 patients seen per 24 hours
- Inpatient setting -- adult and pediatric population
- 1 - 15 phone consults and 1 - 2 admissions per day
- Bread and butter general surgery and scopes required
- ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Vacation coverage
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
